Home management scattered across notes, receipts, and memory.
One product across three iterations: a v1 prototype (my first-ever build), a PRD-driven rebuild with a real database schema, RLS policies, and auth, and now a production PWA. Its assistant, Ask Kit, answers only from the user's own uploaded manuals and cites its source; a tiered extraction pipeline makes sure a manual's service schedule is never dropped, and AI-proposed maintenance tasks are saved only after the owner reviews them.

Family travel memories worth keeping — and keeping private.
A family adventure journal — a secure, invite-only family travel portal, now in private beta. Describe a trip in plain language and an AI planner drafts the full itinerary as structured data; a server-side validator checks it against a versioned trip contract and returns failures for one repair round before anything reaches the database. A read-only trip assistant answers from the family's actual plan and the app's help guide, and cannot change either.

People in need can't find the local services that already exist — housing, healthcare, financial assistance.
A proof-of-concept SDoH community resource navigator: privacy-first guided search and immediate access to crisis resources. The standalone product in development puts AI last, not first — employer-configured benefits and curated content always rank ahead of AI web search, inference runs server-side on de-identified input, and crisis pathways never touch a model. Governance documentation is written for health-plan review before the model ships.

Building and managing exercise sessions without spreadsheet sprawl.
An exercise session builder and management app, refined over months of real use. Its trainer-facing AI assistant drafts sessions from the gym's own approved exercise library and each client's logged history — 21 purpose-built tools, no generic exercise knowledge — and nothing saves to a client's record without the trainer's approval, enforced server-side. A workout suggester grounded in a sample set of the trainer's own customized sessions is new and in field acceptance.
